Represent financial institutions in matters including loan documentation, asset recovery, human resources and litigation.

CREDITORS’ RIGHTS AND BANKRUPTCY

Pursue and protect the rights of creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 12 bankruptcy cases filed by debtors.

Pursue favorable resolution of a wide variety of business-related disputes, whether through formal litigation or arbitration or through informal negotiation or mediation.
