Joshua’s practice focuses mainly on civil and administrative matters. Joshua began his legal practice in the Cowley County Attorney’s Office, where he received extensive courtroom experience. Joshua continued his courtroom work as a contract attorney for the State of Kansas and in his private practice. For the last several years Joshua has also served as an attorney for the Social Security Administration dealing primarily with the Administrative Procedures Act. 

Joshua’s currently spends his time representing clients before several different local, state, and federal administrative boards, including zoning commissions, the Kansas Corporation Commission, and the US Department of Agriculture. Joshua’s real estate related experience includes zoning and subdivision matters, land title disputes and title insurance, water rights, landlord/tenant matters, liens, inverse condemnation and right-of-way issues. 

Outside of work, Joshua likes to spend time with his wife and three children.  Joshua spends many weekends coaching baseball and tee-ball, cheering on his Pitt State Gorillas, and perfecting his barbequing skills.
